Shipping information
Each piece is crafted especially for you. As soon as we receive your order, your order will be packed and ship immediately. You will receive a notification when your order is on its way!
Return & Refund Policy
Upon receiving your goods, it is important that you check that they are not damaged or defective. If an item is defective or damaged, please send us picture(s) with description to us as soon as possible at contact@maisonaffable.com for further instructions.
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your items. This right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product can be returned in its original packaging and is in substantially unchanged condition. You may open the packaging and examine the item, but it must not be used beyond that. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@maisonaffable.com for further instructions.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, please note, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We will then refund the full amount of the item as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned product.
